Forklift Operator 2nd Shift - Bilingual

Essential Job Duties – Required but not limited to the following

·         Operate equipment with caution & safety.

·         Help maintain a safe & clean work environment throughout facility.

·         Labeling, sorting, and relocating items within the warehouse.

• Managing inventory by using scanning system & proper bin allocation.
• Documentation of material usage using detailed information.
• Identify & report any damages, shortages, or quality deficiencies of materials.
• Transport raw materials to production work stations.

·         Conduct complete inventory counts as needed upon supervisor request (Dry storage, coolers & freezers).

• In the absence of a forklift operator, another operator will cover his/her responsibilities if needed.
• Other duties as requested by management.

Certifications & Skill Requirements

·         Up to date Forklift certification

·         RF scanner experience

·         Ability to read & write clearly

Qualifications

·         Prior forklift experience is necessary.

·         Prior experience in warehousing/manufacturing is helpful.

·         Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task well.

Work Environment

·         Must be able to operate in cold temperatures (-10 to 20 degrees).

·         Responsible for the proper up-keeping of assigned forklift.
